Client Responsibilities

- Maintain confidentiality of candidate information
- Pay all fees as agreed upon in your service agreement
- Not directly hire candidates presented by DirecStaff without going through our placement process
Candidate Responsibilities
As a candidate utilizing our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your resume and applications
- Notify us of any changes to your availability or employment status
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions with potential employers
- Honor any commitments made to employers through our placement services
Fees and Payment
Specific fees for our services are outlined in individual service agreements. For staffing services:
- Contract staffing fees are based on agreed bill rates
- Direct hire fees are typically a percentage of the candidate's first-year salary
- Executive search fees are outlined in retained search agreements
Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Guarantees
We stand behind our placements. Specific guarantee terms, including replacement policies for direct hire placements, are detailed in your service agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of DirecStaff LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
DirecStaff LLC provides staffing services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. This includes candidate information, client requirements, and business terms.
Non-Solicitation
Clients agree not to directly solicit or hire candidates presented by DirecStaff for a period specified in the service agreement without paying applicable placement fees.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Termination does not affect obligations for placements already made or fees already incurred.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
